PRACTICE
Brian Duffy leads the firm's civil litigation practice. Brian has extensive experience in all phases of federal and state trial practice including employment law matters. Brian's practice area also covers legal malpractice defense, product liability, including toxic exposure matters, insurance, civil rights, auto, premises and other tort claims. By peer review, Brian has been given the rating of "AV," the highest rating possible through Martindale-Hubbell.
