PRACTICE
Ashley is a civil litigator, practicing in the area of labor and employment defense.  Her practice covers a full range of federal and state employment concerns, including workplace discrimination and sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour matters, and family and medical leave.  Ashley also engages in labor and employment defense at the administrative level with both the Florida Commission on Human Relations and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
