Mary Ingley concentrates her practice in workers' compensation defense, emphasizing in Special Disability Trust Fund claims and Medicare issues. She prepares evaluations of Medicare Set Aside Arrangements and submits MSA Proposals in connection with workers' compensation settlements to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Her clients include insurance carriers, servicing agents and self-insured employers. Prior to joining the McConnaughhay firm, she was supervising attorney for the Special Disability Trust Fund, Division of Workers' Compensation, State of Florida.
