PRACTICE
Mary Wakeman concentrates her practice on all aspects of civil appellate practice, including employment law, general liability and workers' compensation defense.  In addition, she is part of the firm's elder law section where her practice consists of wills, trusts, probate and incapacity planning, including powers of attorney, living wills and health care surrogate designations.  Mary is Board Certified in Appellate Practice and frequently lectures at accredited seminars each year on a variety of topics related to civil practice, workers' compensation and elder law. She has also attained the rating of "AV Preeminent," the highest rating possible by her peers through Martindale-Hubbell.
