Matthew is a civil litigator practicing primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  His experience includes a focus on insurance defense, insurance coverage provision and disputes, legal malpractice defense, construction litigation, and bankruptcy adversary proceeding defense.
