Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Lampasso was an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, where he was undefeated as a felony prosecutor and received national attention for his prosecution of a Tallahassee man charged with felony cruelty to animals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lampasso was an associate with a Tallahassee civil litigation firm, and handled all stages of the firm's insurance defense and commercial litigation cases on the trial and appellate levels.
In 2009, Stephan Lampasso was named a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers magazine. The nominees are then evaluated on indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement - including verdicts and settlements; transactions; representative clients; experience; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; their position within their law firm; Florida Bar and other professional activity; pro bono and community service as a lawyer; scholarly lectures and writings; education and employment background; and other outstanding achievements.
