PRACTICE
Tim Whitney defends both insurance companies and a wide range of employers in workers' compensation, employment and general liability issues. His clients include companies in the restaurant, hotel, security and employee leasing industries, as well as healthcare providers, including hospitals, extended stay facilities and home health agencies. Before joining the McConnaughhay firm, Tim worked for an international conglomerate based in Hong Kong, in its legal department.
