McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver, P.A. is pleased to announce the selection of three firm partners as 2011 Florida Super Lawyers.

James N. McConnaughhay and R. Stephen Coonrod were selected as top practioners in the area of workers’ compensation law.Brian S. Duffy was selected as a top attorney in the area of employment litigation defense.

Only 5% of Florida attorneys are selected as Florida Super Lawyers.

Managing Associate Taysha L. Carmody was also recognized for her work in the area of workers' compensation as a 2011 Florida Rising Star.  This list names outstanding attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice 10 years or less. No more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state earn this distinction.

Those recognized as Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are chosen through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research.
