First Agents’ Conference Held with 70th WCI Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference

Every year, the annual WCI Workers’ Compensation Conference draws nearly 7,000 people from all areas of the workers’ compensation industry, as well as nationally and internationally, to Orlando for a comprehensive education experience and tremendous opportunities for networking. There is a seminar or program for everyone working in the industry addressing current key issues ranging from employment to safety. The Judges of Compensation Claims even have their own related activities going on concurrently.
As an exciting development this year, NCCI and Rough Notes will be presenting an agents breakout that will consist of a variety of programs over two days. Agents from the southeastern states (AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC and TN) will be able to receive continuing education credits for attending. Also, the conference will feature a golf tournament on Sunday, August 23 and entertainment by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts on the evening of Monday, August 24.
