McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, P.A.  is pleased to announce that Ralph P. Douglas and David R. Terry, formerly of Newell, Terry and Douglas have joined our firm effective March 1, 2017.

Ralph will concentrate his practice on Workers Compensation Defense and Health Care Reimbursement Disputes litigating such matters before the Judges of Compensation Claims, the Division of Workers Compensation and the Division of Administrative Hearings.

David will focus on insurance defense with an emphasis on employment law, general liability and appellate Law.

Mr. Douglas and Mr. Terry are practitioners with extensive litigation and administrative law experience.
