Individuals and their families are often faced with tough decisions regarding long term care. Our firm works closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met. Our primary goals are to preserve their quality of life and safety. We create individualized plans to address our clients' specific needs taking into consideration all available resources of the individual, including public and private. These issues arise frequently in the context of cases in which an injured party is receiving a settlement or other monies associated with injuries sustained.

Whether our clients are preplanning or come to us during a crisis, we work with them to find the best solution to the problem of high costs of long term care. We analyze their personal resources, locate community agencies that offer assistance in a variety of areas, determine what government benefits may be available, and work with our clients to obtain those benefits from application through qualification. We assist clients in protecting their benefits with our knowledge of appropriate trusts and other legal mechanisms for protection of funds.
