Estonna M. Garrett

Estonna handles defense work in the area of workers' compensation. She has practiced in the area of workers' compensation since 2006. During this time, she has represented both insurance companies and Employers as well as injured workers. Estonna has experience in all aspects of a workers' compensation claim in Florida, including Final Hearings before the Judge of Compensation Claims and the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings. Beginning in 2010, Estonna also started handling all aspects of civil litigation cases from pre-suit through trial. She has had numerous jury trials in the area of motor vehicle accident and slip and fall cases.
Estonna began her practice as an Assistant Public Defender for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida where she handled misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony caes from inception through resolution, including jury trials.
In her spare time, Estonna enjoys spending time with her daughter.
