Bob Pope represents employers and insurance carriers in defending workers' compensation and liability claims. His clients include national insurers, hotel chains, governmental entities, health insurers, transportation companies, servicing agents and self-insureds, local employers, and health care agencies.  By peer review, Bob has been given the rating of "AV Preeminent," the highest rating possible through Martindale-Hubbell. Earlier in his legal career, he was an Assistant State Attorney in Florida.  He also has past experience in civil trial practice handling a number of civil jury trials.
