POSITION TITLE:      Data Entry/Transcriptionist

 

JOB LOCATION:        Pensacola

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma or its equivalent and 1+ years of clerical experience.  Prior experience in transcription preferred.  Must be able to type 70+ words per minute as a requirement. Ability to enter large amounts of data entry and perform variable typing tasks.  Excellent customer service skills required. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task. 

 

SCHEDULE:  Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.        

 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  Data input of attorney time entries for billing statements.   Acts as float position assisting legal assistants with transcription, time entry, scheduling, etc.    Maintains positive “success for all” team relations.
