Claimant sought review of a non-final order that denied
her request for an independent medical examination.
The law in effect as of the date of accident and not
the law that became effective January 1, 1994
controlled (i.e., Chapter 93-415 Laws of Florida).
Since the law in effect as of the date of accident and
not the law effective January 1, 1995 was applicable in
determining the issues in this case, the court refused
to exercise jurisdiction to determine the claimant's
entitlement to an independent medical examination.
