PRACTICE
Jennifer Reimsnyder practices in the area of workers' compensation defense.  She represents workers' compensation insurance carriers, employers, self insureds and servicing agents in the firm's workers' compensation practice.  She frequently speaks to employers and insurers about workers' compensation issues.  She also works in the firm's elder law section including planning for incapacity, health care surrogate documents, living wills, durable powers of attorney, guardianship and health care cost planning.  Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked as a claimant's attorney.  She was also an Assistant State Attorney with the Fifth Judicial Circuit.
