In the capacity of Litigation Manager, we assist our clients in the oversight of litigation related issues throughout the state. The Firm provides advice and guidance on the subjects of guidelines and performance standards for outside counsel and claims handlers. Standards for review are established to ensure that litigated matters are resolved in a prompt and cost effective manner. Expert assistance is also provided during claims reviews and with particular emphasis on avoidance of potential excess claims.
In addition to providing assistance with existing litigation, our attorneys also provide expert legal opinions on issues impacting litigation, such as analysis of legislative action and legal developments relevant to coverage decisions. Development of strategic planning is also an emphasis in ensuring that litigation is conducted in a coordinated manner designed to serve the overall best interest of the client.
