Brandon M. Porter focuses his practice in the area of workers’ compensation defense and related matters. He assists employers and carriers throughout the claim process addressing both non-litigated and litigated issues. This includes investigation of work place accidents, responses to requests for various benefits, defense of contested claims and, ultimately, measures directed towards the successful resolution of a claim with special emphasis on settlements both represented and unrepresented. Brandon represents local and regional employers and national insurers, providing the right guidance for each to effectively protect our clients.
During his time in law school and after graduation, he worked in personal injury firms that represented injured individuals. This experience helped him gain additional knowledge and insight regarding the handling and insight of claims from the claimant/plaintiff’s point of view, which helps him to create a well-rounded approach to his cases.
