Natalie Yong is a skilled defense attorney that joined McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, PA in 2018.  She graduated from American University in Washington, DC, in 2009, before attending Florida International University’s College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2015 after serving on the boards for various clubs and organizations, including serving as an editor for the FIU Law Review.  While in law school, she clerked at McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, PA, as well as assisting local small businesses and entrepreneurs through the FIU Small Business Clinic.  

Her focus since joining McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, PA, is representing insurance carriers and employers with various aspects of workers’ compensation claims, as well as general liability claims.  She is committed to the highest levels of professionalism and seeks to engage her clients in all aspects of their defense, ensuring that their concerns, feedback, and unique circumstances form the basis of her defense strategies.

Natalie is licensed to practice law in Florida.  She is fluent in Spanish.
