A continued stay is improper where Petitioners file a state court fraud action before Respondents file actions in federal court, and the actions do not involve the same parties or subject matter. The Fourth DCA found that by staying the state court fraud actions, the circuit court was permitting the Respondents to choose the forum for resolution of the parties
