Kyle v. Davis

Wage loss benefits are not awardable when a claimant has voluntarily limited his income. In this case the treating physicians testified that the claimant could perform the sheltered employment offered by employer. Court determined that the claimant's bare complaints of continued pain that he could not do the sheltered employment offered by employer is insufficient to override medical testimony to the contrary and to prove inability to work.
