Eckerd Drugs v. Wright
429 So.2d 769, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., Apr 12, 1983)
Claimant sought employment following compensable accident determination of MMI and a 5% permanent impairment. In each instance when a job was offered claimant advised the prospective employer that she did not believe herself physically capable of performing the proposed employment. In each instance the job offer was withdrawn. The claimant candidly admitted that she did not think she could work and was complying with the job search only upon her attorney's advice. Court ruled this not to be a valid job search.
