Munford, Inc. v. West

429 So.2d 382, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., Mar 18, 1983)

Court determined that there was sufficient evidence to warrant a finding that the claimant was permanently and totally disabled. Court distinguished this case from the opinion in { Newport Industries v. Mathis, 418 So.2d 1175 (1st DCA 1982)\v\b Case_1870} in which the court determined that there was an inadequate work search where the claimant told potential employers that she would work only when she felt like it.
