Jandy, Inc. v. Mosley

413 So.2d 837, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., May 10, 1982)

Court determined that it was error to award the claimant a loss of wage earning capacity. No work search had been performed and there were no exceptional circumstances to excuse such a search. There was no medical evidence to indicate that the claimant's health prevents gainful employment. Claimant's testimony that he could not search for work because he was in pain is an insufficent ground on which to base an excusal of a job search.
