Forming Contractors v. Barry

413 So.2d 132, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., Apr 26, 1982)

Claimant's subjective testimony as to his inability to work especially in light of the medical testimony to the contrary is insufficient to establish his entitlement to TTD benefits. In regard to work searches establishing temporary total compensation the inability to obtain employment must be due to the disability rather than the unavailability of work.
