Purex Corp. v. Fay

400 So.2d 1021, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., Jun 26, 1981)

Claimant complained of pain although two orthopedic physicians determined that there were no objective reasons for such complaints. Judge entered order directing employer/carrier to provide palliative care to the claimant by a general practitioner. Court reversed on the basis that there was no evidence that the claimant's pain was causally related to the compensable accident.
