Paradyne Corp. v. Selmer

527 So.2d 285, 13 Fla. L. Week. 1440, (Fla.App. 1 Dist., Jun 17, 1988)

Court determined that claimant voluntarily limited employment thus precluding award of wage loss benefits. Job offered to claimant within physical limitations as stated by doctor. Bare complaints of pain and inability to work are insufficient to override medical evidence that the claimant is capable of working.
