Litigation Management

In the role of Litigation Manager, we assist clients in developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to ensure litigation is handled in an efficient, goal focused manner.  Reporting criteria are developed for Claims Departments to identify potentially high exposure claims, ensure reserves are appropriate, and develop strategies for efficient resolution.  This includes development of guidelines for defense attorneys, on-site review of claim and defense files, and the creation of safeguards to ensure litigation is in the client's overall best interest.
